Groupe Média TFO is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all its employees and partners. It also takes seriously any complaint filed within the framework of the procedures in place and acts diligently to address them.
On March 9, 2021, the Board of Directors of Groupe Média TFO received a letter with respect to Mr. Minoli. This letter did not describe any specific incident. Given the exceptional nature of the allegations and in order to address them, the Board has put in place a third-party process.
This third party subsequently received formal complaints about Mr. Minoli. Without delay, the Board commissioned an external and independent investigation to shed light on these complaints. This investigation is still ongoing.
More recently, the Board was made aware of new allegations against the interim CEO. In light of this, and in order to protect its employees, the integrity of the investigative process and the interests of the company, the Board immediately imposed an administrative removal of Mr. Minoli until the investigation was completed. When the investigation is complete and its results are made known to the Board, the Board will act accordingly. In the meantime, Ms. Michelle Séguin will assume the duties of interim CEO.
Groupe Média TFO reiterates its commitment to maintain support programs for its employees, ensuring that the needs of its teams are supported. Additionally, any employee may, at any time, express his or her concerns and complaints by following the procedures in place.
We are focused on providing the quality French-language educational services our community needs and deserves. Our priority is, and will continue to be, to robustly and sustainably participate in the development of Ontario’s Francophone community.
