A proud Franco-Ontarian, Mr. Jean Lépine holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (EMBA 2002) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of Ottawa, where he played university hockey from 1984 to 1989.

Maxim Jean-Louis is President – Chief Executive Officer of Contact North | Contact Nord since 1996. Through 116 online learning centres across Ontario, Contact North I Contact Nord helps underserved Ontarians in 800 small rural, remote, Indigenous and Francophone communities access post-secondary education and training. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Renewed Computer Technology. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the Board of Governors of Laurentian University and the Board of Directors of the Sudbury Art Gallery and of l’Association de l’Hôpital Montfort.

Dominique O’Rourke is a Councillor for the City of Guelph, the President of Accolade Strategic Communications Group, and a Public Relations professor. Having practised public relations for over twenty-five years, Dominique provides strategic communications services to the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Whether by strategic planning, media or government relations, issues management or corporate communications, Dominique is firmly focused on the client’s objectives, with an eye for detail. Her clients include the Canadian Index of Wellbeing, Special Olympics Ontario, Community Foundations of Canada and Waterloo Region Crime Prevention Council. After completing her Masters in Leadership at the Lang School of Business, University of Guelph, Dominique developed a particular expertise in the area of trust. Over the course of her career, she has also authored numerous national reports on belonging and wellness. As a proud Franco-Ontarian, Dominique founded the Réseau-Franco Guelph in 2017 and sits on the emerging Waterloo-Wellington Guelph Interagency Table. She served for 10 years on the Board of the Guelph Community Foundation and was one of the first members of the Leadership Advisory Board at the University of Guelph. Dominique also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Ottawa.

Frédéric Duguay became the first General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at the Canada Infrastructure Bank (“CIB”) in November 2018. In this capacity, Frédéric is responsible for leading the legal affairs, the corporate secretariat, as well as the compliance functions and regulatory activities of the CIB, including the implementation of legal and governance structures for investment transactions and responses to access to information requests.

Christine is an entrepreneur, community builder and expert consultant in innovation, business strategy, media and culture, focusing on creative and digital economies. Christine, while serving as president of various organizations, has contributed since 2010 to the development of various Francophone and African communities. She co-founded the Glendon Francophone Union, a cultural and social club promoting French and the cultures of Francophone countries on campus.

Dominique Giguère, a doctor of adult education, is co-president of Currents Group, a firm specializing in organizational development for non-profit organizations (NPOs). An expert consultant in governance, performance, learning, and culture, she offers her services in various sectors of activity and in organizations working at the local, regional, and international levels. Her clients include global humanitarian organizations such as Médecins Sans Frontières and the UN, national Aboriginal theater companies and local volunteer organizations dedicated to environmental causes.

Lucie Laplante is a CPA, CGA and has several years of experience at the senior financial management level in large technology, telecommunications and data organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ontario®, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ontario Medical Association. Previously, she was a Director on the Board of CANARIE, a federally funded organization dedicated to advancing the adoption of digital infrastructure for Canada's research and education communities.

Passionate about the success of individuals within organizations and the development of Francophone institutions, Monique Ménard has served on and chaired various groups, including the Association des gestionnaires de l’éducation franco-ontarienne (AGÉFO), the Council of Ontario Directors of Education (CODE) and the Conseil ontarien des directions de l’éducation de langue française (CODELF). She currently sits on the Standards of Practice and Education Committee.
